    Job Description

    Warehouse Associate duties include shipping and receiving and responsibility for monitoring, verifying and keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepares orders and coordinate for outgoing shipments. Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items and reports issues to the Management Team, checks inventory regularly and records any shortages. Corresponds with shipper or freight company to rectify damages to products.

    · Daily shipping & receiving of all incoming & outgoing products.

    . Logging shipments according to Brax Co defined policies and procedures.

    · Check in material and cross-reference packing slips to confirm orders match

    · Tag items & identify appropriately per Brax Co procedures and policies

    · Transfer inventory between various warehouses and arrange delivery or shipment

    · Perform regular inventory counts

    · Maintain Warehouse and Office

    · Communicate low inventory levels to Purchasing / Inventory Manager & the Management Team

    · Place orders for stock items, as needed

    · Assist with requests to purchase or repair company tools

    · Assist in tracking equipment between jobs, as required

    · Stage jobs for the Service Team to ensure all components are ready for Production phase

    · Ensure all items are palletized, labeled, and stored properly

    · Deliver products when requested by the Service Team

    · Assist Pump Technician/Pump Mechanic as necessary

    · Perform responsibilities with little to no supervision and/or assistance when required

    · Additional tasks, as required, by the Management Team

    Applicants must possess a current California Drivers License, and have a clean driving record.
