    Sr. Business Relationship Manager

    Genesis10 is currently seeking a Sr. Business Relationship Manager to work with our client located in Charlotte, NC.

    This is a full-time position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key groups and business units, serving as their single point of contact within IT.
    • Assess business needs that can be met through technology and coordinate the identification, prioritization, and resolution of situation-appropriate solutions within established IT governance processes.
    • Gain in-depth understanding of the business partner's business, industry, strategy, goals, measures of success, management processes, data, information used, problems, and requirements.
    • Position oneself as a productive member of the business partner's management group and effective liaison to IT.
    • Ensure the business partner understands IT's processes for technology delivery and support.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management or a related field.
    • At least 10 years of progressive experience in information technology and/or financial business.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively bridge the business and IT worlds.
    • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to foster effective communication across diverse teams.
    • Emphasis on soft skills, including collaboration and adaptability.
    • Skilled in process mapping, with the ability to apply it to identify and implement effective solutions.
    • Demonstrates a deep understanding of business processes and technical aptitude to support them.
    • Comfortable working with all levels of an organization, from C-level executives to individual contributors.
    • Experience in Business Relationship Management (BRM), including value harvesting and aligning IT strategies with business goals.
    • Solid foundation in technology concepts, with the ability to understand and articulate them clearly.
