    Sought After Territory Sales Manager for Southwest ADI in Houston Location.

    Position Overview:

    The Accessory Territory Sales Manager role entails selling and promoting General Motors Accessories and sales processes within GM Dealerships in a designated geographical area. The compensation package consists of a salary and commission structure, as well as a vehicle and phone allowance.

    We strive to provide top-notch service to GM Dealers in our markets, resulting in exceptional customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of GM Dealership profitability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with dealership personnel to train, advise, and support the sale of GM Accessories based in Houston, TX.
    • Territories are assigned with monthly sales objectives aligned with individual GM dealership targets.
    • Performance is evaluated based on exceeding 100% of assigned territory sales objective and achieving a specified percentage of dealerships exceeding 100% monthly.
    • Consult with dealership managers/executives to enhance GM Accessories sales processes and dealer profitability opportunities.
    • Develop customized GM Accessories displays, point-of-sale materials, and incentive programs to support the sale of GM Accessories within each assigned dealership.
    • Create engagement by training dealership personnel on GM Accessories selling processes, including sales staff, parts departments, service departments, and body shops.
    • Provide local accessory support for divisional & dealer events.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience as an entrepreneurial sales professional, preferably with a basic understanding of dealership operations and a passion for working with dealerships.
    • Full-time commitment, working within dealerships within the assigned geographical territory.
    • Candidates should reside in proximity to their assigned territory in the Inland Empire area.
    • Degree from a 4-year College/University or equivalent experience is preferred.
    • Previous military service is recognized and considered.
