    Description

    Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst for its Columbus, Ohio location.

    Duties: Develop software solutions and review business requirements for Automated Teller Machine (ATM) modernization project and deliver quality product under strict timelines. Understand the requirements of the projects and expectations from customers and stakeholders involved. Use Database architecture to provide structured and an organized way to store data, ensuring efficient data management and retrieval. Work with Support teams and business to resolve escalations or help deploy solutions and patches, to ensure customer satisfaction. Create SecureAssist scan procedures which automatically detects common application vulnerabilities while coding and offer practical remediation guidance and training to fix each issue before the code is delivered to Quality Assurance testing. Use design and analysis of algorithms to solve complex problems efficiently and manipulate data. Use system analysis and design to create data models to represent the structure and relationships of the software data. Build and certify various ATM terminals from different vendors including Diebold Nixdorf before the models get deployed to the production environment including ATM locations and Banks. Use build/deployment to package and ensure successful delivery and operation of software system. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

    Requirements: Requires a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 3 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer, Java Developer, or related position involving Architecture, development and design of software applications. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelors degree in the stated fields and 5 years of the specified experience. Full term of experience must include: Database Architecture; Design and Analysis of Algorithms; System Analysis and Design; and Build/Deployment.
