    Corporate Security Manager.

    The Corporate Security Manager will

    provide oversight of our security protocols, hardware, software, and emergency response

    to reduce risk and increase the security and safety at FAC facilities across all US locations:

    Primary responsibilities will include:
    Responsible for the oversight, management, development, and implementation of the security policies, procedures,

    and training programs while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

    Manage the badge access system to define and apply the applicable access to our facilities for employees, contractors and visitors.

    Act as a liaison with local authorities as needed for emergency response.
    Provide or organize emergency response training to employees.
    Review Daily Security Logs from security officers and act accordingly.
    Work with outside vendors to provide security services, audits, consulting and response to special needs or visits.

    Support investigations and due diligence efforts in conjunction with corporate governance and as required by HR and/or legal business units; review and investigate incident reports as needed.

    Provide escalation support in the employee termination process.

    Manage post locations and duties for security officers.
    Manage receptionists at locations as required, fleet car reservations through receptionist, and capital and department operating budgets.
    Member of FANUC Safety and Security Committee
    Manage FRA regional sites with assessment, policies, and procedures.
    Develop and assist in maintaining Emergency Response Program through Fire Drill/ Medical Response/ Tornado/Emergency Evacuation.
    Ideal candidate will have the following experience/skills and education:
    High School Diploma or GED Required
    Bachelor's degree

    from an accredited college or university preferred or

    equivalent relevant experience
    A minimum of

    5

    years experience of major law enforcement, military, fire, and/or emergency management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
    Experience in the Security of a multi-location corporate and warehouse environment
    Reliability and commitment to security rules
