Job Opportunity

We are seeking qualified applicants to establish a pool for part-time and/or substitute instructors in the discipline of English.

The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching various courses and working closely with faculty members to ensure student success.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in English, or a related field with at least 18 graduate hours in English, is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching experience is preferred.

Key Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrated teaching ability is the top priority.
• Experience with leadership at a community college or educational institution is a plus.
• Ability to use an on-line platform and deliver instruction effectively.

Work Environment

The work environment is typically moderate with occasional loud noises. The employee must be able to sit, stand, walk, and manipulate items with their fingers for extended periods.
