    **Responsibilities:**

    Lead our culinary team in planning, preparing, and serving delicious and nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.

    Develop creative menus that appeal to diverse tastes while accommodating therapeutic diets and special dietary requirements.

    Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and dietary guidelines.

    Manage inventory, budget, and procurement processes to optimize resources and minimize waste.

    Foster a positive work environment where team members are motivated, empowered, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

    **Qualifications:**

    Previous experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or senior living setting is preferred.

    Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary requirements, and food preparation techniques.

    Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

    ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain.
