    The job duties for IP Legal Secretary include:

    • Preparing and filing patent and trademark documents, corresponding with clients and foreign associates, and assisting attorneys in preparing patent and trademark applications.

    Qualifications for IP Legal Secretary include:

    • 2+ years of experience in preparing and filing documents with the USPTO and be familiar with all aspects of intellectual property, including domestic, international, and foreign patents and trademarks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and secretarial work like typing letters.
    • If you have experience in IP litigation in federal court, that's a plus, but not required.

    Salary range: 95-105k.
