is coming to New Jerseys Westfield Garden State Plaza Spanning over 20,000 square feet, this family fun center includes six interactive activity areas that both kids and parents alike will go crazy for Fuel up for the fun at the Easy Bake Caf, and shop the store for unique apparel, games, and souvenirs.

Job Summary:
As a Retail Lead at

Planet Playskool & NERF Action Xperience,

you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the retail floor.

With at least 2 years of relevant experience, you will bring leadership skills to guide and inspire a team of retail associates, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities:
Team


Leadership:
Lead,

motivate, and supervise a team of retail associates.
Foster

a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide

coaching and training to enhance team performance.
Customer


Service:
Ensure

excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Address

customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and

professional manner.
Lead

by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Operational


Oversight:
Oversee

daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Monitor

inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts.
Collaborate

with management to implement effective merchandising strategies.
Sales


and Targets:
Set

and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Analyze

sales trends and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
Motivate

the team to upsell and cross-sell products.
Staff


Scheduling:
Develop

and maintain efficient staff schedules.
Allocate

resources effectively to meet customer demand and business goals.
Manage

time-off requests and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
Training


and Development:
Conduct

training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
Identify

skill gaps and implement development plans.
Promote

a culture of continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications:
18 years of age or older.
At

least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail

industry.
Proven

leadership and team management skills.
Strong

understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service.
Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability

to analyze sales data and implement strategies for improvement.
Familiarity

with POS systems and inventory management.
Flexibility

to be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as the business

dictates.
