Join the DelMonte Hotel Group team We are currently seeking experienced and driven candidates just like you to serve as a Bartender/Front Desk Clerk.
+Responsibilities
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
- Answer telephone.
- Makemake confirm reservations Monitor room availability Block rooms Program wake-up calls Handle guest mail messages Perform check-out services Open close shifts making cash drops necessary Prepare cocktails accordance standard beverage recipes Wash glassware needed Prepare serve bar food items Assist set-up closing bar using provided checklists Complete daily inventory prep sheet Properly record sales transactions secure accurate payment Familiarize knowledgeable current food beverage offerings including wine lists cocktail menu Provide information pertaining hours available services hotel surrounding areas Assist maintaining cleanliness lobby front entrance railyard surrounding areas Check all lobby fixtures equipment conditions lights heating cooling furniture wallpaper etc proper operation settings maintenance Report deficiencies
