The Breakfast Joynt - Breakfast ServersJob Description

The Breakfast Joynt is currently seeking Full-Time Breakfast Servers to join our team. This is not a remote position. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests, we want to hear from you

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
Deliver orders to the guests in a timely manner
Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Process guest payments accurately
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Food handler's certification is a plus
