    The successful candidate will be part of a team of engineers, geologists, operations personnel, hydrogeologists and other technical specialists.

    This is a senior level position in which incumbents are expected to have a significant background in operational activities and regulatory compliance requirements regarding mineral processing and tailings management.

    Be a key contributor to the development of a world class refractory gold asset from pre-feasibility through to operation.

    Work closely with the geology and process teams to identify new solutions and best practices for extracting gold economically from complex refractory ores.

    Identify project scopes to investigate novel opportunities to prepare existing process facilities for effective processing of Fourmile oresResearch, plan and execute testwork programs to assess viability and value of different ore treatment conditions.

    Possess the capabilities to manage projects through engineering, forecasting, funding, construction, and commissioning.

    Must be a team leader with excellent communication skills and be able to provide technical assistance, analysis, and training to process group stakeholders.

    Work towards qualified person (QP) status with associated duties and technical oversight.

    Ensure that the required metallurgical data is collected, compiled, analyzed, interpreted, and applied so that mineral processing procedures and costs for operational requirements are communicated accurately to stakeholders and management.

    Ensure that mineral processing work is budgeted, forecasted, and communicated appropriately for the project.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Geochemistry, or equivalent Process-related degree required.
    Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years' experience (5 yrs gold) in processing required.

    Ability to compile and analyze complex metallurgical data and communicate findings effectively in written and oral formats requiredThank you for your application, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
