    Core Systems Support Specialist

    This key role affords a rewarding career with competitive pay and excellent benefits, offering opportunities to provide exceptional service while promoting our wide array of financial products and services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in monitoring accounts and loans for anomalies and functional abnormalities using tools and reports.
    • Troubleshoot problems and errors related to interest rate changes, credit reporting, loan amortization, statement generation, and report creation.
    • Administer access to the credit union's core system and other ancillary access.
    • Assist with administering branch security system access and monitoring activity.
    • Conduct monthly statement verifications, submit notices/letters for processing, and perform tax reporting.
    • Respond to incoming phone calls and correspondence from Credit Union staff, performing research to answer questions and direct specific inquiries to relevant departments.
    • Review system programming changes and documentation for operational concerns and risk.
    • Process requests for camera footage and understand requirements for documentation to ensure compliance with privacy laws.
    • Conduct research, gather and analyze data, complete spreadsheets, and create reports.
    • Assist management and other departments with special projects and the implementation of new products and processes.
    • Create and maintain electronic forms and workflows.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Computer literacy with working knowledge of Word and Excel required.
    • Possess a positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation.
    • Able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
    • Effective oral and written communication skills required.
    • Prior banking experience preferred.

    Working Conditions:

    • Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of items weighing up to 60 lbs.
    • Potential exposure to threats of violence at any time.
    • Occasional business travel may be required.
    • Sitting or standing for extended periods may be required.
    • Repetitive motions and extensive keyboarding may be required.
