and transactions such as syndicated facilities fully secured bilateral loans deposits
and treasury service products including but not limited to fund finance
and leverage finance researching and examining credit risk assess credit history providing credit recommendation of the related loans
and deposits ensuring compliance with bank-wide KYC/AML post-lending management policies
and procedures etc Transaction Underwriting Portfolio Monitoring Carry out basic financial spreading
credit risk analysis based on company industry market competitor research Evaluate risk aspects of transaction termswriting account officers interacting various departments including credit risk presenting recommendations approval committees Manage portfolio accounts maintaining customer files managing KYC requirements conducting post-lending monitoring analyzing interim annual financials addressing periodic reviews specific client requests while interacting credithrisk other departments Support Middle Office collateral management portfolio issues Managing client relationships Work account officers clients identifying credit needs determining appropriate product choice satisfying needs Liaising clients agent banks obtaining reviewing KYC financia information Supporting account officers active calling schedule preparing call reports Monitoring client credit status ongoing basis Working officer meet business targets set department branch Coordinating operation teams supporting onboardin monitorinf transaction Coaching junior colleagues Asset profitability risk new loans other products Staying abreast analyze industry market developments Product Marketing Work originatin business target existing clients Analyzing product pricing utilizing market research data guidance Bank China NY branch Providing updates department management marketing efforts deals pipeline closed transactions Focusing improving wallet share reward ratio Identifying opportunities cross-selling Compliance Risk Management Working developin new products onboard customers line Bank's appetite statement Complying bank policies departamental procedures KYC Credit Risk Control underwritng post lending monitoring Complying laws include Patriot Act BSA AML OFAC Setting customer profile updating review timely manner Escalating depament head necessary Keeping abreast comply knowledge attending trainings seminars Acting idenfying incidents outside established policy/produtc reporting immediately Maintaining professional technical knowledge attend educational workshops reviewing publications establishing networks participating societies Preparing presentation materials training marketing events meetings Conduct trainings required Coordination BOC USA branches support overall goals bank Moniotoring subordinates ensure effectivve creddit analisys Qualifications Bachelor Degree preferred Finance Economics Accounting Engineering Sciences Liberal Arts Master Degree prefrred Minimuim years work experience corporate lending cluent relationship managemnt AVP leve Associate level corporate analys skills Proficiency spreadsheet analyss ratio calculatn analys cash flow projectioanlysis sensitivity test scenario analisis Engagig marketing cluient relatioonship manageement bilingual ability Mandarin English prefered Pay Range Actual salary commensurate candidate relevant yearsof expeience skillset educattion qualificatoin USD42USD150000Yr Seniority Mid-Sener level Employment Full-time Job function Purchasing Suppy Chain Industries Banking
