    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiting Manager with expertise in government contracting and proficiency in using Paylocity.

    This is a remote position. The role is based out of the Greater Washington D.C Metro area. Candidate must live within 50 miles of Washington D.C.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and processes for government contracting positions.
    Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and requirements.
    Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for government contracting positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
    Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

    Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools, including Paylocity, to track candidate progress and ensure compliance with government regulations.

    Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to government contracting and recruitment.
    Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and industry associations, to support recruitment efforts.
    Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on recruitment processes, tools, and compliance requirements.

    Requirements

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for government contracting positions.
    Strong knowledge and understanding of government contracting regulations, processes, and requirements.
    Proficiency in using Paylocity or similar applicant tracking systems.
    Technical certifications related to recruiting or human resources are highly desired.
    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
    Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    High level of professionalism and integrity.
