    Job DescriptionOur Supply Chain Manager will lead a team responsible for the purchasing, storage and movement of inventory, supplies and remanufactured goods to and from our production department and our customers.


    Responsibilities will include:


    Identifying strategies to increase productivity and decrease costs over the entire supply chainEnsuring required quantities of inventory and materials to support productionWorking with product teams to support launch implementationsWorking with product teams to develop efficient phase out of retiring productsContinually improving our procurement processesEstablishing performance metricsDeveloping teams in purchasing, inventory management, and shipping and receiving Our Supply Chain Manager will support, and be supported by, our other department managers working together as a team.

    Communication skills are important, as interaction with our customers and colleagues occurs frequently.

    Qualifications and SkillsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or similar fieldFocus on serving the internal customersAbility to develop and train your teamAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of accounting and financeThoroughness and attention to detailAbility to be part of a collaborative teamExperience with Microsoft Office and purchasing softwareOur ExpectationCircuit Board Medics was founded on, and continues to maintain, a 1-Day Turnaround for standard repairs.
