Job Description

The Sr. Director, Capacity Management Center, will develop and help implement strategies that enable growth, promote network integrity and ensure operational efficiencies that streamline convenient, friction-free patient transfers within, and/or out of the Kaleida Health system. The Sr. Director will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and operational leadership to transfer center operations, bed management, patient flow, and ensuring quality patient.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications

BS required. Master's in clinical or business preferred. 5 years of clinical experience required. 5 years of management experience in a health care related field. Strong knowledge of transfer center operations. Strong operational and leadership skills. Strong organization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. RN or PA license strongly preferred.

Salary Range

$122,975-$212,630 annually *Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.*
