    Marketing Manager


    would work with the Marketing Team responsible for the creation of brand strategies and the planning and execution of digital campaigns for Wild Willies.

    Ultimately, this role should be able to increase brand awareness and engagement across a range of platforms and be able to report on the effectiveness of their initiatives.

    The ideal candidate will be creative, hands-on, organized, results-oriented and ready to wear many hats in an entrepreneurial environment.
    A strong background in social media is highly important, either working directly with agencies or developing content directly.

    Marketing Campaign support

    Support Brand Lead in the execution of specific marketing activities (e.g. consumer and trade promotion activities, special packs, sampling, PR programs, direct marketing, etc.)
    Handle administrative tasks in support of the marketing team, such as invoice submission and coordinating product sample requests.

    Business Management

    Lead initiatives with cross-functional partners, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and approval process.

    Social Media Management


    Own Wild Willies social media channels including day-to-day operations, content development both internally and via influencers/creators, and content scheduling/ publishing.

    Create and manage the social content calendar and monthly posting.

    Brief internal and external partners on new creative assets for marketing purposes including Photoshoots & and video shoots, influencers directly and/or through agencies, Graphic designer, and Brand partners.

    Manage Ambassadors program.
    Oversee community management and facilitate engagement across appropriate channels

    Collect, analyze, and report on engagement and growth metrics to uncover insights and develop actionable recommendations for how to optimize and move the brand forward on social media channels.


    QUALIFICATIONS
    BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 2-3 years experience in Marketing, or related functional role.
    A passion for creativity and crafting engaging content, following trends to keep content engaging, interactive, and relevant
    Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (e.g. paid social media, display, search etc)
    Excellent project management skills, including proactive and independent development of work plans and timelines with minimal supervision.
    Ability to present concepts to colleagues (verbal and written) and successfully articulate a clear creative vision.


    Desirable:
    CPG and/or retail marketing experience with food, drug, or mass
    Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Hootsuite, Iconosquare, Shopify, and Sprout Social is a plus.
