    You will work closely with assigned teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery while facilitating communication and collaboration.

    The Agile Delivery Manager will have significant impact by improving initiative planning and delivery leading to better customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Managing the Agile Delivery process across assigned teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and with the highest quality.

    Identifying and managing risks and issues that may arise in the delivery process and working with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and ensure the initiatives stay on track.

    High-Level Initiative Planning, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with assigned delivery teams.
    Use Agile tools and methodologies to manage workloads, communicate priority, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
    Responsible for sizing, effort and cost estimation, resource planning, and delivery planning for all assigned initiatives

    ensure both short-term and mid-term resource planning
    Ensure teams are adequately resourced to meet committed work delivery and quality. Own tracking of cost benefit analysis, business cases and highlighting changes to scope, effort, cost, and timelines
    Orchestrating delivery from internal delivery teams as well as external vendor teams

    managing vendor delivery either on a staff augmentation basis or deliverables basis

    Support the Technical Product Owner in managing business expectations and transparency in both product backlog and schedule for all assigned initiatives.


    QUALIFICATIONS
    Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Required
    Experience 5+ years of Agile Delivery Management experience or other equivalent methodology
