Responsibilities

• Interact across the sponsor organization and industry.
• Translate sponsor requirements into technical specifications.
• Validate, document and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and evaluate relevant technologies to meet sponsor requirements.
• Track and document technical exchange meetings (TEMs).
• Support documentation review and coordination.
• Support programmatic workflows.
• Support program portfolio planning.
• Requirements tracking

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, or related technical field; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years of experience as a systems engineer, system integrator or similar role with sponsor.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrated experience in developing technical requirements and conducting technical reviews of documentation.
• Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior Experience with the sponsor, specifically OCONUS.
• Prior experience supporting Senior Level management.
• Prior experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission goals.
• Cable writing experience

Target Salary Range $146,000 - $234,000
This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors
