- Bachelor's degree in Education required, two-plus years of working with elementary/middle school aged children.
- Strong experience using Microsoft Excel; ability to create spreadsheets, formulas, charts, tables, etc. plus Word and Power
- Proficient writing, time management, speaking and organizational skills.
- One or more years of working in an afterschool program setting preferred.
- Current first aid, CPR, communicable disease, and child abuse training preferred.

8:30 a.m.-4:30 during the summer day camp program and 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. when program is not in session.
Salary:
$20.00 per hour + a fantastic benefit package*Job Focus:Responsible to develop curriculum and distribute lesson plans to site coordinators, to conduct and monitor Curriculum Based Measurement Assessments on student participants, to maintain a database to monitor the results of assessments, and to develop and implement appropriate academic intervention strategies for those students determined to be "at risk" academically for their grade level. Provide administrative support as needed to the Education Coordinator and assist with student recruitment.
