Job Summary
The role of Manager Market Development and Planning for Independent Retail Channel is responsible for delivering Marmot and Coleman market share and profit growth within Independent Retail channel through the successful execution of Distribution Shelving Merchandising and Pricing DSMP strategies.This role will collaborate with sales and internal cross functional partners to ensure Coleman and Marmot brand initiatives are market ready positioned to win with Independent Retailers including managing assets required to execute B2B eCommerce Digital Merchandising platform Elastic.
Responsibilities
- Broker Sales Management Front-line responsibility for leading day-to-day selling efforts on Coleman with existing Hook Bullet Sales Brokers including catalog readiness pricing selling materials.
