- Assists customers with placing orders, tracking orders, and payment of orders
- Daily basic clerical functions to include some accounting functions
- Assists with the execution of contract documents (as needed)
- Assists with the preparation of bid proposals, pricing sheets, and acceptance of awards (as needed)
- Maintains detailed and organized files as well as tracks dates and deadlines
- Prepares and disseminates information accordingly to other employees/managers

- Demonstrated capabilities in presenting ideas written and orally
- Primary office environment/some limited warehouse environment
- May be required to work more than 40 hours
- Extensive use viewing a computer monitor and using a keyboard
- Ability to speak on telephone for extended periods of time
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
