POSITION SUMMARY:
The CMM Technician is responsible to operate the coordinate measuring machines and to carry out a wide variety of duties in respect to maintaining the accuracy of our "master" measuring tools with a positive cooperative attitude supporting both the department and departmental leadership. CMM Technicians are expected to facilitate solutions and possess excellent listening, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Office equipment, measurement equipment, production equipment, CM4D, LMI.
RESPONSIBILITY AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Will work under the direction of the Quality Manager. Travel and overtime may be required to meet customer expectations. A valid driver's license and passport are required for travel. The CMM Operator works in a manufacturing plant environment and will be exposed to some elements such as temperature and noise. Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime in a fast-paced environment in order to meet internal/external customer requirements.
