    We are seeking a skilled Bilingual English/Spanish Call Center Representative to join our team.

    The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

    As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in both languages, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.


    Responsibilities:
    Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally in both English and Spanish.
    Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
    Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving billing issues.
    Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
    Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved to their satisfaction.
    Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
    Input and update customer information in the company database.
    Meet or exceed performance goals, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
    Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
    Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.


    Requirements:
    Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
    High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
    Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
