Plumbing Project Managers Needed in Mathews/Charlotte Area. Job to Start ASAP

Skillforce is currently looking for Project Managers with Mechanical experience to oversee multiple projects in Charlotte, NC.

Pay Range 40-50/hr.


Position Qualifications:
Candidate must have at least 7 years experience in Commercial Plumbing.
Candidate must have at least 2 years of supervisor Plumbing Role.
Must be able to Read/Interpret Blueprints.
Must be able to manage multiple crews.
Must be able to perform inspections and troubleshoot when needed.
Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to estimate prices for materials/machinery/equipment used on site while keeping an eye on each site's budget.
Must be able to maintain good relations with other subcontractors on site.
Must be able to maintain/request staffing needs.
Must be able to follow company protocols to the letter.
Must have full knowledge of Safety Procedures (Valid OSHA is a Plus)
Must have a valid Drivers License
Must have reliable transportation.
