    The Rheumatology Peer-to-Peer Marketing Lead is a home-office (Atlanta)-based role that will hold responsibility for co-developing and executing an overall external engagement strategy, including peer-to-peer content development, commercial advisory board content, and congress asset development. The role will partner with the Speaker Bureau Engagement Lead for the design and implementation of UCB's peer-to-peer strategy in Rheumatology, while working cross functionally with internal, Rheumatology stakeholders such as the Thought Leader Liaison Lead, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Leadership and the Immunology Ecosystem Partnership Leads to ensure optimal engagement at peer-to-peer events, congresses, commercial advisory boards and other related activities, to help position UCB as a leader and true partner within Rheumatology delivering on the Patient Value Strategy.

    The Rheumatology Peer-to-Peer Marketing Lead will assist in building UCB's leadership position in the Rheumatology market through strong differentiation of our value proposition and by connecting and leveraging stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.

    • Develop and maintains a keen understanding of the Rheumatology business including customers, market dynamics, brand strategy, and portfolio execution.
    • Co-create and executes a comprehensive, Rheumatology peer 2 peer strategy that focuses on core disease states (PsA, PSO, AS and nr-axSpA) to elevate HCP's market knowledge, challenge current biologic utilization trends, and raise awareness of UCBs launch brand.
    • Partner with the TLL team to support training and developing members of the speaker bureau, to ensure effective and compliant communication of key educational content.

    You will contribute by:

    • Executing strategic plans for Rheumatology conference presence and works closely with conference organizers to maximize corporate sponsorship and branding opportunities.
    • Collaborating with Rheumatology Marketing to coordinate and pull through corporate strategy and branding execution at Rheumatology conferences and congresses.
    • Cultivating and deepens relationships with KOLs through development of advisory board and commercial steering committee meeting content that successfully aligns the Rheumatology strategic plan, commercial development efforts, and post-launch/continuous feedback.
    • Operating at the highest level of UCB compliance and professional standards.
    • Overnight travel required, up to 50%.

    Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required. Life sciences, business or healthcare degrees preferred.
    • Minimum 7 years' experience in immunology sales, marketing, KOL development and/or other directly related roles.
    • Experience working with an immunology product portfolio required.
    • Experience working successfully with commercial and clinical functions.
    • Proven experience at being able to build and/or execute processes.
    • Ability to interface and collaborate with a variety of external and internal partners in a highly professional manner, serving as the "face" of the company at key conference and events.
    • Strong influencing skills with those over whom there is no immediate supervisory capacity to achieve objectives.
    • Results oriented, attention to accuracy and detail, able to set priorities, take appropriate risks in a compliant manner.
    • Ability to interface with key customers, accounts, physicians, practitioners, industry contacts, and consultants, accomplish corporate objectives.
    • Ability to understand marketing terminology, trends and adjust accordingly.
    • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high priorities and evaluate results impacting go/no-go decisions.
    • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Highly skilled in presenting in front of groups.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior launch and launch planning experience preferred.
    • Prior business development experience preferred.
