    State Farm Agency, located in Houston, TX is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Front Office / Customer Service Representative. This is a position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent.Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right attitude. Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.

    The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude and outgoing personality Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
    • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
