    Locum - Physician - OB Hospitalist North Chesapeake, VA

    Required Skills:
    Valid and unrestricted Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) license
    Board Certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
    Proven experience managing obstetric and gynecologic cases
    Strong clinical judgment and decision-making capabilities
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments


    Nice to Have Skills:
    Previous experience as a hospitalist or in a similar locum role
    Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
    Bilingual or multilingual abilities
    Additional certification in fetal monitoring or neonatal resuscitation


    Preferred Education and Experience:
    Medical degree from an accredited institution
    Minimum of 2 years of obstetric/gynecologic practice experience
    Prior locum or hospitalist experience is desirable but not mandatory


    Other Requirements:
    Availability to start on or around December 30, 2025
    Compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations
    Willingness to work in a hospital setting in North Chesapeake, VA
    Ability to obtain or maintain required medical licenses and certifications
    Must hold current BLS and ACLS certifications
    Travel, licensure, certification, and related reimbursements when applicable
