Full-time position, Monday to Friday
Job Description:
Provide comprehensive medical services for adult patients in a primary care clinic setting.
Deliver excellent customer service, collaborating with health center management and maintaining professional ethics.
Maintain patient confidentiality and secure information.
Evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, and document medical history accurately.
Review and follow up on laboratory and radiology results and initiate specialist referrals when necessary.
Supervise mid-level providers and meet productivity standards, aiming to see 16-24 patients daily.
Participate in team meetings and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements:
Licensed to practice in California, DEA certificate, CPR certification.
Interest in serving underserved populations, FQHC experience preferred familiarity with Quality Measures a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 25lbs.
Full-time position, Monday to Saturday with occasional overtime and travel required.
