    Overview:

    The Data Analysts primary role will be to equip the organization and its stakeholders with information that reviews performance, reflects productivity, and demonstrates outcomes. As a member of Arrows Organization Improvement department, the Data Analyst is responsible for providing Arrow with data-based resources and analytical insights that will aid in strategic decision-making and advancement. The Data Quality Analyst will perform all job duties in a way that demonstrates and emphasizes kind and respectful behavior, purposeful connection, and integrity in a service-oriented manner.

    Min:
    USD $60,000.00/Yr.

    Max:
    USD $70,000.00/Yr.

    Responsibilities:

    Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

    • Utilize business intelligence and ad hoc reporting software to build reports sourced from multiple disparate data sources/systems.
    • Collaborate with operations departments, support departments, organizational leadership, and analytics team to define outcomes and identify key performance indicators.
    • Collaborate with IT and other members of Organizational Improvement to ensure software applications and databases capture necessary supporting data in meaningful ways.
    • Utilize accepted data integration flow of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) to source data files from databases, scrub, and prepare for reporting. Manage/maintain data file extract and report refresh scheduling.
    • Develop and maintain user access protocols for reports and analytic resources for both internal staff and external stakeholders.
    • Compile reports and visuals into formal presentations to storyboard data for historical exhibits and action-oriented recommendations.
    • Examine and analyze large data sets to identify trends and correlations for performance indicators in a proactive manner.
    • Perform manual data mining to fulfill unique ad hoc data requests.
    • Provide interpretation of data results to aid in the translation of analysis into actions.
    • Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards.
    • May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training.
    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or related field is required. In addition to required bachelors degree, certification or specialized education in data science or analytics. A minimum of 3-4 years experience in data or analytics related role is required. Requires experience in building reports with business intelligence solutions (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire), using SQL databases and writing complex SQL queries. Preferred experience in using Power BI and Microsoft SQL Server. Experience or knowledge of child welfare, non-profits, or behavioral healthcare highly desired.
