- Assess potential and active Foster Caregiver homes.
- Stay informed about state licensing rules and regulations.
- Inform caregivers of licensing requirement changes and ensure compliance with the law.
- Maintain records of recruitment activities and training requirements.
- Coordinate training sessions and provide guidance to potential candidates.
- Monitor Foster Caregiver Homes for compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct pre-service and in-service trainings.
- Additional assigned duties.
- Associates degree (Bachelor's in a related field preferred) and two years of administrative experience.
- Valid state driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
- Successfully complete background screenings and annual training.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle diverse situations.
- Cultural competency and sensitivity when interacting with others.
- Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting regulations and procedures.
- Effective communication and mathematical skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and interact with children.
