    Description

    Join Our Team as a Foster Caregiver Recruitment and Licensing Assistant!



    • Assess potential and active Foster Caregiver homes.
    • Stay informed about state licensing rules and regulations.
    • Inform caregivers of licensing requirement changes and ensure compliance with the law.
    • Maintain records of recruitment activities and training requirements.
    • Coordinate training sessions and provide guidance to potential candidates.
    • Monitor Foster Caregiver Homes for compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct pre-service and in-service trainings.
    • Additional assigned duties.

    Requirements:

    • Associates degree (Bachelor's in a related field preferred) and two years of administrative experience.
    • Valid state driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
    • Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
    • Successfully complete background screenings and annual training.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle diverse situations.
    • Cultural competency and sensitivity when interacting with others.
    • Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting regulations and procedures.
    • Effective communication and mathematical skills.
    • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and interact with children.

    Work Environment:

    The work environment is moderately noisy.
