Job Summary

As a Senior Acupuncturist at Thrive Medical, you will focus on treating complex musculoskeletal disorders within an integrative care model.

You will be responsible for providing expert-level acupuncture treatments, devising comprehensive care plans, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include:


Conducting detailed assessments to diagnose complex conditions.
Developing and implementing specialized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Collaborating with medical professionals across disciplines to integrate acupuncture with conventional medical treatments.


Key Qualifications
Extensive experience in acupuncture with a specialty in musculoskeletal disorders.
Proven ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
Strong diagnostic and documentation skills and a patient-centered approach to care.


Additional Requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage a full patient caseload effectively.
Advanced certification in musculoskeletal acupuncture or related fields is preferred.
Doctorates and board certification preferred
Proficiency in using digital health records and adapting to new technology platforms.


Benefits

$70k – 90k per year, plus overtime depending on experience.
