- Utilize the price list to develop and maintain estimating templates tailored for various commercial roofing systems, assemblies, and applications.
- Partner with the sales department to seamlessly implement and utilize the aforementioned estimating templates.
- Proactively monitor commercial bid opportunities aligning with the established "target project profile."
- Actively seek out additional bid opportunities through engagements with general contractors, manufacturers, municipalities, and online bid solicitation platforms.
