    Description
    Mechanical Engineer


    Our client is located in Southern NJ and they're in need of a Mid-level Mechanical Engineer to join their team.

    The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for helping design products, with manufacturing and molding knowledge.


    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize creative design ability to synthesize and translate user needs into finished products
    • Participate in new and existing product development discussion and execution from conceptualization to release for manufacturing
    • Participate in stakeholder discussions on development of new product
    • Support user research to uncover and integrate user needs for concepts and final product intent
    • Work effectively and cooperatively with others Mechanical, Industrial, and Electrical engineers, Project, and Product managers
    Job Requirements


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
    • 35 years of experience with consumer electronics or related field of work
    • Strong CAD experience (2D and 3D), preferably SolidWorks
    • Knowledge of manufacturing, materials, and rapid prototyping processes
    • Strong critical thinking and problemsolving ability
    • Injection molding experience is preferred
