Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products and services
• Resolve customer complaints or issues by offering appropriate solutions or escalating to the appropriate department
• Process customer orders, exchanges, and returns efficiently and accurately
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers
• Follow established call center procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality service

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
