    Are you a licensed P&C insurance agent working at a captive agency and tired of answering calls from angry clients due to rate increases? Looking for a positive agency so you can enjoy working again?

    Lifetime Insurance Services and Switch Insurance Group is an independent insurance agency made up of mainly prior captive agents. Our agents would never think of going back to the captive world after having access to multiple companies. Stop trying to convince people to stay with your agency and pay more. Stop begging for just one more renewal. Get out of the turn and burn agency and start building meaningful lasting relationships with amazing customers

    Requirements:


    Goal oriented with a drive to succeed.
    Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
    Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
    People-oriented, outgoing and genuinely enjoy dealing with clients.
    Ability to generate leads.
    Ability to learn and embrace technology.
    Ability to laugh and have fun.
    Property & Casualty license.

    Responsibilities:


    Develop leads, follow up with clients, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
    Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages and policy changes.
    Quote and Sell Insurance.
    Leads Provided.

    Compensation:


    Salery plus Commission
