    ResponsibilitiesEnsure the reliability of the Equipment Inventory, through the control and supervision of deliveries and returns made for Aluma's clients, as well as the equipment movement of the Repair and Main Yards.

    Guarantee that the delivered and returned equipment counts are 100% reliable (according to the requirements).Ensure that the type of equipment being delivered or returned by the client is correct (100% reliable).Monitor the compliance of established procedures for yard audits.

    Conduct the inventory movement control between warehouses; guarantee that the equipment is not moved from the inventory without his authorization.

    Assists in creating and fulfilling stock transfer orders.
    Assists in creating non-rental fleet purchases requisitions (yard supplies and finished goods inventory)

    Verifies goods receipt and verifies invoices with reference to aboveEnters picked quantities into delivery documents (ship and return)Verifies goods issued and goods received (shipping and receiving)At the request of the Operations Manager, may source equipment from within the companySolicit multiple freight quotes and arrange freight services to manage shipping and receiving expensesMaintains assembly/disassembly order informationCreates material movement transactions (re:
    assembly, disassembly, repair, damage)At the request of Branch Manager, assists with job closeoutsResponsible to produce, maintain, and manage the Project Delivery & Return Schedules.
    Monitor Open Order Report and Outstanding Returns Report.

    At the request of Branch Manager, assists with Cross-Applications for Inventory AdjustmentsIn addition to the Operations functions there are a number of admin duties; office supplies, answer phones, outgoing mail and fed-ex, etc.

    Should possess a good working knowledge of Inventory Control.

    Special duties as requested by Branch Manager or Operations Manager QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); with 5 years related working experience or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

    Ability to apply common sense understanding and reasoning ability in order to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

    Ability to deal with problems involving many variables in dynamic and constantly changing situations.

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong working capability of company's inventory management software (Nextgen, Profield, etc) and/or be a quick learner with computer programs; intermediate or stronger skills with Excel and Microsoft Word.

    The individual must also be highly efficient and fast with computer programs such as excel and various company-based computer systems.
