- Compensation: $27.50/hour + pay increase after 90 days to $28.50/hour

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, typically 5/6 AM start until route complete
- NO WEEKENDS
- Basic Requirements: Must be 21 years or older, hold a valid CDL-A license with no automatic restriction, have a valid medical card or be willing to undergo a DOT physical, able to pass DOT drug screening, possess a clean driving record, and be capable of servicing the Seacoast area
- Deliver products to customers on designated routes
- Merchandise, display, and rotate products following company guidelines
- Pick up and return company property
- Handle, lift, and load products and company assets
- Invoice and collect payments; reconcile accounts daily
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies
- Provide superior customer service and build relationships with store staff
- Class A Commercial Driver's License & Clean MVR Required
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of general work experience required
- 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred
- Previous experience in route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising, retail management, or customer service preferred
- Capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing 50+ pounds repetitively, reaching above head height, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching
- Able to handle manual and powered material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand-truck) containing product loads for at least 100 yards unassisted
- Self-motivated with integrity, and can work with minimal supervision in a timely manner
