- Clearly explain surgical procedures to patients.
- Facilitate lab testing for patients as required.
- Discuss lens choices with patients and handle financial transactions for eligible candidates.
- Collaborate with physicians to review surgery schedules and premium lens options before procedures.
- Ensure all signed consents are appropriately scanned and documented.
- Responsively handle patient phone calls both pre and post-surgery.
- Schedule in-office procedures and complete necessary paperwork.
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
- Previous surgical coordination experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, team-oriented individual with keen attention to detail.
