    Job Description
    We are seeking a qualified candidate with Epic experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional healthcare services in a supportive and compassionate environment.

    Responsibilities

    Provide patient care and support as per the healthcare standards.

    Maintain accurate documentation and records.

    Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

    Assist in the implementation of treatment plans.

    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

    Epic experience required.

    Valid Driver's License or State ID.

    Completion of immunizations including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, and TB Test.

    Completion of Catholic-specific checks and certifications.
