Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Private Equity Fund Manager to join our close-knit team. The
ideal candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of fund management, from fund formation and
capital raising to deal sourcing, execution, and exit strategies. As a small firm, we value a
proactive manager who is willing to take on a broad range of responsibilities and drive the
success of our investments.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the firm's goals and
investor expectations.
2. Manage the entire process of fund operations including capital calls, distributions, and
financial reporting.
3. Conduct detailed market research and due diligence for potential investment
opportunities.
4. Lead negotiations and manage relationships with stakeholders including investors,
investee companies, and other relevant parties.
5. Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance to
maximize returns.
6. Prepare and present regular performance reports to investors and the firm's
management team.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of
corporate governance.
8. Engage in networking to identify new investors, partnerships, and investment
opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; an MBA or equivalent is
highly desirable.
At leas 10 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment management,
with proven success in fund management.
Deep understanding of private equity market dynamics and a strong network in the investment
community.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to work effectively within a small team.
Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
