Over 50 Years of Grilling History... When George Stephen created his first kettle-shaped barbecue grill in 1952, he sparked a backyard revolution. It continues today at the Weber Grill Restaurant. We have locations in downtown Chicago, Lombard, Schaumburg and Indianapolis.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Steward is responsible for the cleanliness and efficiencies of the side stations, bar, keg cooler, bread station/ carryout stations and receiving areas of the dish room. The Service Steward ensures that all of these critical service areas of the restaurant are kept cleaned organized and stocked. The Steward is responsible for the nightly cleaning of the front of the restaurant i.e. dining room, bathrooms etc.

Abilities and Physical Requirements Needed

• Stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50lb including tables and other restaurant items.
• Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop and carry.
• Work amidst noise in confined crowded space.
• Work in space with variable ventilation, smoke and extreme temperatures.
• Carry and lift racks of glassware and dishes.
• Continuously have hands in contact with liquids including water and cleaning substances.
• Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $5.00 per hour
