    Job Type: Full time; Schedule: Must be flexible on the shift

    Experience Matters: You should have a minimum of 4 years of on-aircraft heavy structures experience.

    Demonstrated experience in close tolerance drilling, reaming, removal, and installation to critical support structures (including doublers, triplers, seat tracks, planks, and stringers).

    Thorough knowledge of aircraft repair procedures and part replacement.

    Familiarity with aircraft sheet metal/structural modifications and repair.

    Proficiency in using unique aircraft tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes, and shears.

    As an Aircraft Mechanic II, youll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing aircraft structures. Performing close tolerance drilling, reaming, removal, and installation on critical support structures and fracture critical areas.

    Locating blind holes for the installation of new structural components.

    Sealing, painting, shimming, and preserving structures following standard repair processes.

    Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical orders, process specifications, and retrofit requirements for structural modification and repair.

    Efficiently accessing and navigating computer systems for work instructions, drawings, and training.

    Operating forklifts, mobile cranes, and riding-type electric-powered elevating equipment.
