    Description

    This individual will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of all educational programs within the Crozier House Residential Recovery Home Program.

    This individual will assist the Program Director on the development and implementation of program standards while providing both direct and group supervision to the Crozier House Counselors and Case Managers.

    Requirements include a masters degree in social work, counseling, human services or be a licensed alcohol drug counselor Level 1 (LADC-1), with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience dealing with substance abuse/dependency, knowledge of co-occurring disorders, counseling skills and supervisory experience preferred.

    Bilingual skills are a plus

    Individuals in recovery from a substance use disorder and employed with Catholic Charities Worcester recovery programs must have two years of continuous abstinence from alcohol and/or nonprescription drugs.
