    Responsibilities

    Shift4 is expanding our team of Client Success Managers and looking for high-performing professionals to help lead the charge in this critical department. Client Success Managers are the bridge between Shift4 and our many commercial employees and partners. Client Success Managers are responsible for taking full ownership of the boarding to Go-Live process for Shift4's SkyTab POS customers.
    • Working with the merchant and Shift4 Solutions Specialists to gather the information required to submit a SkyTab deal for approval and programming
    • Making sure SS / Partner send CSM intro email, which CSM will respond to with contact info and missing info needed to complete the order confirmation process.
    • Taking full ownership of the order review process for managing the deal through installation and training. This includes coordinating with the local office to ensure programming is completed, installation (where additional adjustment programming is expected), and training. Following the deal through the build process, periodically updating the Solution Specialist, Local Manager, Regional Manager through reporting on all the deals they are responsible for.
    • The CSM will work with the merchant, installer, and local office to capture a signed satisfaction survey by the merchant after install and training and will also resolve any open issues discovered
    • Understanding and presenting Shift4's various product and service offerings to potential clients.
    • Ongoing training and advanced education in regards to the industry, services, equipment, and solutions.
    • Organization and ability to complete and submit documentation, new paperwork, and sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.
    Qualifications
    • 2+ years of industry experience is required.
    • Established record of continually meeting and exceeding sales goals and corporate standards.
    • Ability to work in a group setting, contribute ideas for further growth and direction of the department.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, especially with email and tasks.
    • Ability to work with and effectively use multiple companywide systems and departments with ease.
    • Valid driver's license along with reliable transportation.
