    The Billing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the firm's billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely client invoicing, and managing a team of billing specialists.

    We are seeking a seasoned Billing Manager with law firm experience to join our dynamic team.


    This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in law firm billing to play a pivotal role in the financial success of our firm.


    The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of legal billing processes, be proficient in billing software (3E), and possess exceptional project management skills.

    This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

    Responsibilities: 1.

    Oversee the billing operations of the firm, ensuring all billing activities are executed accurately and in a timely manner.

    2.

    Manage the billing team, providing guidance and support, and ensuring a high level of performance and productivity.

    3.

    Develop and implement effective billing policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvements.

    4.

    Coordinate with attorneys and other stakeholders to resolve billing issues and ensure client satisfaction.

    5.


    Utilize 3E billing software to generate detailed and accurate invoices, and to monitor and report on billing activities and trends.

    6.

    Lead billing-related projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful completion.

    7.

    Provide training and support to team members and other firm personnel on billing processes and software.

    8.

    Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to billing and financial reporting.

    Qualifications: 1.

    A minimum of 5 years of experience in a billing management role within a law firm.

    2.

    Proficiency in law firm billing processes and billing software, particularly 3E.

    3.

    Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects to successful completion.

    4.

    Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving team performance and productivity.

    5.

    Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve billing issues effectively and efficiently.

    6.

    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders.

    7.

    A strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory compliance in the context of law firm billing.

    8.

    A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
