    Some restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. In this role, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse will provide efficient nursing care to ensure positive outcomes for patients and their families.

    Position Highlights:

    • Evaluate patients/residents, observe condition, and report changes
    • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning
    • Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders
    • Supervise and monitor patient care given by unlicensed staff

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
    • Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure
    • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if required
