    Guitar Center Retail Repair Tech Store 819 Summary:

    As a GC Retail Repair Technician, you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store inventory. You will focus on delivering excellent customer experiences and developing a strong understanding of products and sales techniques.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
    • Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
    • Maintain store owned gear as requested
    • Complete warranty repair work
    • Additional duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars

    Preferred Qualifications:
