Job summary

The Accounting Clerk will report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing
  • Handle daily bank activity including reconciliations deposits and check scanning
  • Process daily cash receipts cash application and system downloads
  • Assist with account reconciliations and general accounting support
  • Provide accounting administrative support to the operations team/li>FOLLOW INTERNAL APPROVAL PROCESSES FOR PURCHASING AND SPENDING
